SALES POLICY

The purpose of these conditions is to define the general conditions of sale, established between Micro Nutrition (MN) and the customer, from the time of ordering to the various services provided by Micro Nutrition, as well as the payment methods and the terms of delivery of the goods. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

SITE INFORMATION

The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases. Information on this site is provided for informational purposes only. Nutritional information has been taken from  sources across the web and from scientific research reports. It is not meant to substitute for medical advice from your physician or other medical professionals. REGISTRATION DATA

To place the order, the customer must provide personal data, his name, address, tax number, and other requested data. To do this, you must fill in all required fields. Aside from the Terms and Conditions, personal data protection is also stated in our Privacy Policy.

When placing an order, the customer expresses his knowledge and acceptance, full and complete, of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products included in this transaction. These general conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.

PRICE POLICY

The prices established in this virtual store, will only be valid for the day they are announced, remaining in force for the customer who orders on that date. All items presented on the site are subject to stock availability. Any order is subject to later confirmation. In the absence of product availability, MN undertakes to inform the customer, advising on a similar product or refunding the amounts spent.

Missing items may be replaced by a similar one.

Prices must be understood in NZ dollars, with taxes and fees included. The prices shown take into account the GST applicable on the day of ordering. Any modification of the applicable GST type will be reflected in the product prices. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Special promotions or campaigns launched on the www.microgreenteam.co.nz portal only apply to orders placed online.

DELIVERIES

With orders placed on the website https://micronutrition.co.nz/, Micro Nutrition dispatches all orders within New Zealand via New Zealand courier service and internationally via airfreight. It is at Micro Nutrition’s discretion to offer its customers certain bonuses such as discounts for larger orders or free shipping.

PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

All orders placed through the store www.micronutrition.co.nz/ in which the payment is not settled within the maximum period of 8 days, will be cancelled. The customer will have the following payment methods at their disposal:

• Credit/Debit Card – at the end of the order you will be redirected to our payment provider in order to make the payment.

For subscriptions you will be signed up for a minimum of 4 orders until you have the option to cancel.

The entire operation of selecting the payment method to be used and entering the data inherent in the order payment process is duly protected.

QUALITY POLICY AND TRANSPORTATION

Micro Nutrition offers you a wide range of microgreen supplements and guarantees you the maximum quality of its products. Orders are handled with extreme care, our products are quality checked before dispatch and properly packaged to ensure the customer receives exactly what is described on our site.

SATISFACTION AND RETURNS POLICY

The customer has a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the order to return the ordered items, if they do not fully meet their expectations.

In the case of returning products, micronutrition.co.nz refunds the entire value of the merchandise, with the exception of perishable items, which cannot be returned, except when they undergo changes in their organoleptic characteristics during transport.

In these cases, in which the customer detects any imperfection or damage to the product, they must immediately contact MN, who will quickly resolve the problem. All products shipped must be examined by the Customer immediately upon receipt. If the shipping box is damaged or closed with conveyor tape, the bill must be signed writing “Damaged box” or “Closed with conveyor tape” and if possible, a photograph showing the damage should be taken, so that the safe. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us before or after ordering.

In case there is no one at the destination address, the merchandise returns to MN and the customer will then be contacted to schedule a new delivery date. In this case, the customer will lose the option to return even if the product presents changes in its organoleptic characteristics, since the delivery time will be longer than expected and guaranteed by MN and the carrier.

MN declines any responsibility for any errors published on the portal, due to technical anomalies. When processing your order, any and all price errors that may be appearing on the portal will be detected. In this situation the customer is contacted. If the price of the product shown on the portal is actually lower, the difference is returned. If the price is higher, the customer will be contacted and will be able to accept or cancel the order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the online store www.micronutrition.co.nz/, whether visual or sound, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of Micro Nutrition. Customers who have a personal portal on the Internet and who wish to place, for personal use, on their Site a simple direct link to the homepage of the www.micronutrition.co.nz/ portal, must request authorization from the www.micronutrition.co.nz/. In this case, it will not be an implicit affiliation or partnership agreement. On the other hand, any hypertext link directed to the www.micronutrition.co.nz/ portal and using the framing or in-line linking technique is formally prohibited. In all cases, any link, even tacitly authorized, must be removed with a simple request from www.micronutrition.co.nz/.

TOTAL AGREEMENT

These general Terms and Conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerned. If one of the clauses of these conditions becomes null and void, as a result of a legislative, normative or sentence change, this shall in no way affect its validity and respect.

DURATION OF CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply throughout the duration of the services offered by www.micronutrition.co.nz.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCE

The Terms and Conditions of sale presented are subject to New Zealand law. In the absence of a resolution by agreement between the parties, any dispute arising from these Sales Policies will be submitted to the appropriate Courts.
